Images, Sources & Editorial Notes

What informs our writing and how to interpret the visual references.

Health and safety background

NCCIH: Yoga—Effectiveness and Safety is our primary background reference for the general safety context. Yoga styles and individual circumstances vary. The source does not endorse our website, photographs, editorial planning examples or specific products. Referenced 17 October 2026.

Four supplied image references

The studio collage, brown-toned movement collage, pink fitness circuit and nine-pose yoga chart were supplied for the website. Original files are hosted locally and displayed without editing; selected panels are framed by the page layout. Images may be AI-generated or illustrative. No endorsement by a depicted person or outside brand is implied.

How we handle image claims

We do not adopt the circuit poster’s “slim waist” claim, calorie language or inconsistent timing as recommendations. The yoga chart contains poses of differing difficulty; its “gentle” label does not establish suitability. Each article explains these limits where relevant.

Evidence and original guidance

Our organisational examples, equipment checklist and commentary on the supplied graphics are editorial suggestions, not clinical study findings. We make no guaranteed claim about sleep, pain, weight loss or flexibility. No review by a medical professional or yoga teacher is claimed.
